The Muslim Cultural Heritage Centre Trust is a
not-for-profit organisation. It aims to inspire positive change from
within through a range of religious, social, education, training and
cultural services for people in North Kensington & the surrounding
area, London. The Trust is seeking to appoint a dynamic,
highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager.
Your role will involve: managing staff and
facilities; delivering services; developing and implementing
long-term service strategies and liaising with local funders,
partners and other agencies.
You should have: experience of managing staff;
delivering services; developing and implementing budgets and service
plans; excellent infomunication skills and the ability to: manage
multiple tasks and conflicting priorities; work in an output-driven
target-orientated environment; and work within a multi-ethnic
setting.
