أثار المقال الذي نشره
الزميل مهدي السيّد على هذا الموقع الوطني والمتعلّق بما تداولته مواقع
عالميّة عديدة عن أصل القذّافي اليهودي من ناحية والدته، أثار نقاشات مازالت
مستمرّة بين قرّاء متنوّعين في أنحاء العالم. وقد أضافت (ليبيا المستقبل) إلى
المادّة في عددها بتاريخ 7 سبتمبر الحالي موضوعا ظهر على موقع (روجيرلسيمون)
منقولا عن موقع (بيجاماس ميديا) وهو عبارة عن حوار جرى بين القرّاء ومعظمهم
من اليهود. ولأنه من المهمّ معرفة كيف يفكّرون في هذا الموضوع، والطريقة التي
يتناولونها به فيما بينهم، كان من الضروري تلخيص معاني هذا الحوار مترجمة إلى
العربيّة، دون تعليق، ليطّلع عليه قرّاءنا الليبيّون الذين لا يعرفون
الإنجليزيّة مع ملاحظة القبّعات التي اختاروها من لباس القذّافي):

جاء من متابعة أحد المحرّرين لتعليق ظهر على موقع أمريكي كوميدي معروف في
الأوساط الإليكترونيّة،والذي قاد إلى الإكتشاف المذهل، وهو أن والدة معمّر
القذّافي يهوديّة الأصل (ثمّ كرّر سيرة مولده كما نشرناه في المقال الأوّل)
وتساءل: إن كان هذا صحيحا، فهو يقدّم تأملات عميقة في بعض تصرّفات القذّافي،
ومع عدم الرّغبة في التعمّق في الموضوع، يشار إلى أن أحد أبنائه حاول
الإلتقاء بممثّلة إسرائيليّة.
Sheryl followed a link from
Pajamas Media this morning, which lead to a infoment posted on Beautiful
Atrocities, which lead to the astonishing revelation that Moammar Qadaffi
had a Jewish Mother, at least according to this biography: Qaddafi was the
youngest child from a nomadic Bedouin peasant family in the desert region
of Sirte. His mother was a Jew who converted to Islam at age nine. This
technically makes Qaddafi Jewish according to Judaism.
Is this true? I have no idea (but
I imagine there are those who do). It does provide some insight into some
of Qadaffi’s strange behaviour, but I don’t really want to go there. (One
of his sons is apparently dating an Israeli actress.)

Is there any difference in
physical appearance between an Arab and a Jew whose family never left the
middle east? I imagine they share the huge majority of their genes.

لقد سمعت عن اليهودي الذي يكره
اليهود، ولكن هذا في حالات نادرة.. وأقلّ ما يقال أنه من الصدمات النفسيّة أن
يكون القذّافي له أصل يهودي، وهو ما قد يشرح كثيرا من الأشياء. وربّما
سيعمل هو الآن على التخلّص من إرثه..
I’ve heard of self hating
Jews---but this is truly an extreme case. At the very minimum, it is mind
blowing to learn that Moammar Qadaffi might be part Jewish. It could
explain a lot of things. He may have been going out of his way to disown
his heritage.

Interesting, but how is "absoluteastronomy.info"
a reliable source for Arab geneologies? "His mother was a Jew who
converted to Islam at age nine." That has a familiar, distasteful ring ...

It may be apocryphal, but there
is a bio circulating on the web which says Qaddafi was the youngest child
from a nomadic Bedouin peasant family in the desert region of Sirte. His
mother was a Jew converted to Islam at age nine. This technically makes
Qaddafi Jewish according to Judaism. This bio is exactly the same as the
Wikipedia entry, which omits only that crucial detail
Another source attributes this
info to Hilaire du Berrier, but not sure if that's true

Why on earth would an Israeli
actress (assuming she's Jewish, not Arab) want to date Qadaffi's spawn?

قد يكون القذّافي يهوديّا مثل نوام
شومسكي (فيلسوف أمريكي معاصر يهودي ولكن معادي لإسرائيل) ومن السخريات أن
يكونا متشابهين..
Khaddafi (many spellings upon
him!)is as jewish as Noam Chomsky! The lunacy they have in infomon makes it
self-evident...

ربّما تجعل القذّافي احدا منّنا، هل تعني بذلك قانون العودة؟
When you say that the laws of
Judaism may make Qadaffi one of us, does that include Israel's Law of
Return?

بالطّبع القذّافي لن ينتقل إلى
إسرائيل في فترة قريبة، حتى إذا أراد ذلك،فهناك إستثناءات في قانون
العودة. ماير لينسكي (وهو رجل عصابات أمريكي شهير لجأ لإسرائيل لحماية نفسه)
لم يرحّب به
إستنكارا لأفعاله غير الخلقيّة.
Khaddafy of course will not be
moving to Israel any time soon, even if he wanted to. There are exceptions
to the Law of Return. Meyer Lansky was told he was not welinfoe, as a moral
reprobate.
In any case, Khaddafy is not
halachically Jewish. Even if his mother was born Jewish, by converting,
she abrogated her connection with Israel, and her children would share
only genetics with us, not ethnicity.
It's a shame in a way that we
need to make excuses for a Chomsky, but a gentleman like Barry Goldwater
was only a could-have-been. But intermarriage is not solely a modern
phenomenon, and it is more likely than not that non-Jewish families today
have some Jewish ancestry.

في كلّ الأحوال القذّافي ليس
يهوديّا بالمفهوم التوراتي، حتى ولو ولدت أمّه كيهوديّة، لأنها بتغييرها
لديانتها تكون قد قطعت صلتها بإسرائيل، وهكذا فأبناؤها يشاركوننا الخلايا

This is false. By “converting” a
Jew attainst the halachic status of an apostate but remains infopletely
Jewish. So, if his mother was born a Jew then so was he.
Granted, it is viscerally
appealing for some of us to “disown” mother Muammar but she still has the
opportunity to renounce her apostasy and, assuming that she does so, be
accepted as an integral member of the Jewish infomunity. Ditto Baby
Muammar.

القذّافي بزيارة إيران فعليه أن يرتدي ثيابا خاصة، حتى يعرف السكّان أنه ولد
من أم يهوديّة، ولذلك فهو قذر.. يا للهول، وكم قاسيا أن تكون من الأقليّة.!
So let’s get this straight:
should Quadiffi visit Iran, he’d have to wear a special clothing marker,
to let the locals know he was born of a Jewish mother, and is thereby
“dirty?” Wow, it sure is tough to be a minority.
