Dear Sir,
The justice and Democracy
Organization for Libya (JADL) a non-profit organization located and registered
in the state of Virginia. Our organization’s mission is promoting justice,
rule of law, and democracy in Libya.
The JADL organization appeals for the
immediate release of the medical doctor Mr. Idriss BuFayed who was arrested by
the Libyan Security Apparatus without any legal justification.
The arrest of Dr. Idriss BuFayed is a
matter that violates the Libyan, international laws, and the human rights
agreements and conventions.
In case there are any legal
accusations Dr. Idriss BuFayed should be referred to a transparent and open
court of law (Justice System).
